About the Class

This 60 minute class consist of full body burn without putting any stress on your joints. It improves overall fitness by burning calories, reducing fat, building strength and boosting your cardiovascular health. The “step” is a 4 inch to 12 inch raised platform.


Beginners class is much more slower pace low impact, but still effective.

Advanced class is high tempo, high intensity.

You will burn over 700 plus calories for each class.
